STATIONERY & FAVOUR ORDERS-PAYMENT
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required when placing an order. Once the order, cheque and wording requirements are received, you will be sent (or emailed) proofs for you to thoroughly check. The remaining balance is due on acceptance of the final proofs and must be paid in full before work continues.Proofs must be signed, dated and returned to me. Once proofs and final payment is received, I will send a confirmation of receipt (by email or post) and proceed with your order. Please make cheques payable to ‘Sue Mearns’ or 'SM Creative'. Any order total under £80 must be paid in full by cheque at time of order.

You can order one free sample invitation to be handmade in any colour theme. You can phone or email with your free invite choice, address details and colours to be included. Additional invite samples can be ordered at a charge of £2.50 each. Cheques to be made payable to 'Sue Mearns' or 'SM Creative'.

DELIVERY - STATIONERY & FAVOURS
Stationery orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier and will require a signature. A P+P charge of £10 applies to orders up to £250, or £20 for orders over £250. Once goods are dispatched,SM Creative accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Table Plans are delivered separately to the rest of a stationery order, and P+P is at a fixed charge of £20 due to the weight and additional courier costs involved. Favours are sent with P+P charged according to weight. Min P+P charge of £5.00 applies to favours.
DELIVERY - HANDMADE TO ORDER DESIGNER TIARAS & JEWELLERY
After full payment is made, handmade to order tiaras can usually be made and dispatched within 2-3 weeks depending on materials in stock.
Handmade to order jewellery can usually be made and delivered within 7 working days depending on materials in stock.
UK ORDERS - Orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (£5.95) or by Next Day Special Delivery (£7.95) once the item has been made- both require a signature.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - Tiaras & Jewellery can be delivered to Europe or the Rest of the World by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For (to countries where Airsure will not deliver). Airsure Service is electronically tracked (no signature is required). It has priority handling in the UK and abroad. International Signed For requires a signature and is tracked whilst in the UK. Both services include insurance. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

Items in stock can usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering. A signature will be required on delivery.

NON-FAULTY RETURNS/REFUNDS OF CRYSTAL TIARAS & JEWELLERY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your tiara or jewellery, you must return them within 7 days of receipt. Please inform SM Creative Weddings that you wish to return an item for refund within 7 days of receipt. The 7 day 'cooling off' period only applies to goods which are returned unopened in their original packaging and arrive 'as new' with all parts of the packaging intact. Customers are liable for return postal charges. We accept no responsibility for lost, returned goods. Refunds will apply (except postage).
The following exceptions apply:
-Handmade to Order items made for you (Handmade Designer Tiara & Jewellery Collections)
-Earrings
-Customised tiaras or jewellery, stationery and favours made for you in your chosen colours
-Perishable products including favour fillings and chocolates.
All Crystal Tiaras should be returned to the manufacturer to PBT, The Paddock, Station Rd, Ulceby DN39 6UQ for a full refund.
If your Crystal Jewellery does NOT have a REF BEGINNING WITH 'L', return to the manufacturer to PBT, The Paddock, Station Rd, Ulceby DN39 6UQ for a full refund. For Crystal Jewellery with REF 'L' returned to SM CREATIVE WEDDINGS, 42 STEVENTON, SANDYMOOR, RUNCORN, CHESHIRE WA7 1UB.
Handmade to Order Tiaras or Jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty (see below).
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
FAULTY CRYSTAL JEWELLERY RETURNS
Please inform SM Creative Weddings if you want to return faulty goods within 24 hrs of receiving your goods. Faulty items may be returned and you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. You will then need to send an email or post a letter to request the return of goods. Please acquire proof of posting from the Post Office when returning goods (Recorded or Special Delivery signed For). We accept no responsibility for lost, returned goods. We will be responsible for delivery costs for faulty items returned to us. When returning items, please enclose relevant paperwork. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty Crystal Jewellery starting with a Ref No 'L' must be sent direct to LJ Designs Ltd, 2 Priddy Close, Frome, Somerset BA11 2XZ. All other faulty Crystal Tiaras or jewellery must be sent direct to PBT, The Paddock, Station Rd, Ulceby DN39 6UQ.

Only faulty handmade tiaras and jewellery must be sent direct to the maker with relevant paperwork and the packaging must be intact. Return your faulty handmade items to Twice as Nice, 14 Beauchamp Road, Sutton Surrey, SM1 2PZ. United Kingdom.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information is never passed onto third parties. Information is only used for the purposes of your order. You will never be contacted unless you have requested us to, or in the event that your order needs to be discussed.
PRICES
SM Creative reserves the right to change prices on its website at any time. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days.
CHANGES TO STATIONERY ORDER
If you need to make any changes to your order after we receive signed proofs, you will have to pay an additional charge for each change (which will usually be the cost of an individual design for each change).
CHANGES TO TABLE PLANS AFTER APPROVAL BY YOU
There are occasions when customers have made changes to a Table Plan after it has been completed. There is a charge of £10 per set of changes, plus additional charges for postage/delivery if the plan has already been posted/delivered to you.
STATIONERY TIMESCALES
Work can take up to 6 weeks to complete from the time I receive your signed proofs. Your stationery should be ordered 4-6 months before your wedding day.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork and designs are copyright of SM Creative and must not be copied. The client is responsible for obtaining permission for the use of any Hymns, etc to be included in any stationery.
QUALITY
Stationery may differ slightly as each is individually hand-made to order. Materials used may vary due to availability.
